Located right next door the 13th door, Slaughter house gulch is a house filled with everything that scared you as a kid. Freddy Krueger, Jason, Michael Myers, and Pennywise are all waiting to scare the life out of you in this well done attraction. While other houses rely on ambience and scenery to scare you, this house is just good old fashion “in your face” horror. There were parts of this house that stopped my team dead in their tracks. 2 members of my team almost refused to go through Pennywise’s tunnel, and the girl from the ring caught me by surprise.

If you read my review of 13th DOOR than you already know about the crazy chainsaw guy they have out front. So, after we finished going into the 13th DOOR we head over to SLAUGHTERHOUSE GULCH. This Haunted house is very unique. They have taken characters from the Horror movies, like Jason, Mike Myer and Leatherface, and put them into scenes from their movies. Not a lot of talking going on in here. I never realized how many Horror movie characters don't talk, they just grunt and look menacing. Each of the Actors stayed in character and scared everyone in my group. There were the usual Horror characters, but I was surprised to also see Pyramid Head and Silent Hill represented as well as Dead Silence and IT. There is this guy in there dressed exactly like the Tim Curry IT clown character. He looks like him, sounds like him and is just as scary!
The girl from the Ring really got my friend and we had to pull him around the well. We couldn't get him to move! She was crawling out and he was frozen in place. Leatherface gets you at the end and the guy who does this part actually walks like his character. There is also this room that has these walls that you have to squeeze through. It was one of the creepiest things we had to do. When we popped out the other side, we were all disoriented and it was just so cool!
This Haunted house was excellent and the two Haunted Houses together are perfect.
